Returns & Exchanges

Each caramel order is prepared with the boutique's own special wrapping (ribbon and branded tissue paper). With an exchange andreturn service, caramel-shop.co.uk is the idea website for purchasing good for yourself or gifts.

You can return all the products ordered on caramel-shop.co.uk within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice. returns charges are the be paid by the customer.

How can I return or exchange a product ordered on caramel-shop.co.uk?

You can return/exchange an item purchased from caramel-shop.co.uk up to 14 (fourteen) days after the delivery date. The item must be in it's original packaging and with its receipt, the return is at your expense.

All products come with a label attached. Do not remove the label or relevant seal from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product. Should you decide to excercise your right to return purchased products.

If you wish to return/exchange an item simply

to request a Return Authorisation Number. Please enclose the number with your items to be retured and send to:

The goods must be returned within (fourteen) calendar days from receiving.

Once the goods have been received you will receive a confirmation email. Your exchange/refund will be then be processed.
