Unexpected combinations in poppy reds with a flash of bright pink add a modern touch.
Highlights include a viscose voile dress in vintage floral embroidery or a mint stripe dress with an embroidered collar. Eva Karayiannis, Caramel’s founder has included layers influenced by Edwardian petticoats and full skirts, baby ensembles which are often accessorised with bloomers.
Barefoot days spent playing by shore of the Mediterranean also inform a silhouette that is relaxed and steeped in an ethereal lightness - the softest of cotton voiles or loose fit, drawstring trousers and button up shirts.
As always, the antidote is steeped in more utilitarian pieces- unisex relaxed jackets and trousers in blue or jade green. They provide the perfect blank canvas on which to offset checks, bold geometric prints and house stripes. Read less
