By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions:

You may browse our web site without registering and purchase products via our website as a registered customer or you can checkout as a guest. When you register as an online customer, your username will be your valid email address and you will be asked to create a password. You are entirely responsible for all actions taken under your username, whether by you or by any other person. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password safe.

Products displayed on this website are available only whilst stocks last.
We have taken every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are as accurate and possible. Every effort has been made to show the product colours as accurately as possible – we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.


All drawings, photographs, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products.

 

 

Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on our website are in GBP. Prices do not include postage and packing, this will be charged at the rates specified in the delivery section. Payments can be made using American Express, Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Switch Maestro, Visa and Visa Electron.

 

 

Acceptance of your Order
Orders placed with us will not be accepted and no contract will be formed between us until you have been instructed that said goods are available and that all goods and applicable charges have been paid in full.
We will confirm our acceptance of your order - on receipt of cleared funds – by email (where a valid email address is provided)

 

 

Delivery
Most orders are dispatched as quickly as possible - subject to payment and stock availability. If any items are out of stock, we will advise promptly. Postage and packing for UK deliveries is charged as follows:

£6.50 – Royal Mail next day delivery service (where possible and subject to Credit Card authorisation)
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles is dependant on the size and weight configuration of the merchandise purchased.

All deliveries require a signature. If you are not available to receive the parcel Royal Mail will automatically redeliver on the next working day.

 

 

Delivery Outside the EU
If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside the European Union, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. We have no control over such charges and cannot predict them.


If you are not present at the delivery address at time of delivery which you have accepted, you might incure the extra costs of re-delivery. This applies only to a few non EU countries.

While Caramel takes reasonable steps to ensure a reliable service, we do not guarantee that your use of this website will be uninterrupted and error free. We will not be held responsible for your use of other websites accessed via links from our website. Such links are not controlled by us nor do we endorse them.

 

 

Returns/Exchange Policy
All orders placed on the website will be accompanied by a Returns Card, if you wish to return/exchange your order please fill in all of the required information on your Returns Card and return it to the stated address. We must recive all returns/exchanges of itmes within 14 days of your order being shipped. All tags must be intact for the return/exchange to be processes. All items must be returned in the condition that they were received.

 

Caramel will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the items will be returned to the customers.

 

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Please note that Postage costs will apply for exchanges.This policy only applies to goods purchased on our website. Goods purchased via our website cannot be returned to any of our shops under any circumstances. Please send all returns to:

Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items. Caramel will not offer a refund on returned items that are lost or damaged in the post.

We strongly recommend that items are returned using registered post and that you keep your proof of posting receipt.

 

Caramel will only reimburse postage costs in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect supply of goods. Sale items and Swimwear are non-refundable.
